Corn soup


Ingredients

corn cobs 600 gram (canned)
creme fraiche 125 ml
red pepper (hot) 2 Piece (finely chopped)
stock 1.5 cube (ready -made)
water 750 ml
oil 1 dash
salt 1 dash
pepper 1 dash

Preparation

  1. Lightly saute the peppers with some oil in the soup top. Drain the corn and add it to the pepper.
  2. Add the water and stock and bring to boil. If canned corn is used, boil for 10 minutes. Otherwise. boil until the corn is cooked.
  3. Add creme fraiche and use a blender to bring the soup to a creamy texture
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Serving suggestionServe with spring onion garnish
