Corn soup
Ingredients
| corn cobs | 600 gram | (canned) |
| creme fraiche | 125 ml | |
| red pepper (hot) | 2 Piece | (finely chopped) |
| stock | 1.5 cube | (ready -made) |
| water | 750 ml | |
| oil | 1 dash | |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| pepper | 1 dash |
Preparation
- Lightly saute the peppers with some oil in the soup top. Drain the corn and add it to the pepper.
- Add the water and stock and bring to boil. If canned corn is used, boil for 10 minutes. Otherwise. boil until the corn is cooked.
- Add creme fraiche and use a blender to bring the soup to a creamy texture
- Add salt and pepper to taste
