Cabbage stir-fry


Ingredients

cabbage, chinese 1 cob
vinegar 1 sprinkle
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch (freshly ground)

Preparation

  1. Slice half the chinese cabbage (The pointy variety) in thin (2-4mm) slices, and peel the slices apart, so that the cabbage form small strips
  2. Add oil in a large skilet and on high fire, stir-fry the cabbage for 6-8 minutes
  3. Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
  4. Turn down the stove & serve
  5. Serving suggestionServe with e.q. a crowue-monsieur
