Cabbage stir-fry
Ingredients
| cabbage, chinese | 1 cob | |
| vinegar | 1 sprinkle | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | (freshly ground) |
Preparation
- Slice half the chinese cabbage (The pointy variety) in thin (2-4mm) slices, and peel the slices apart, so that the cabbage form small strips
- Add oil in a large skilet and on high fire, stir-fry the cabbage for 6-8 minutes
- Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
- Turn down the stove & serve
