Banana bread


Ingredients

banana (ripe) 4
butter 0.3 cup (melted)
sugar 1 cup
egg 1 (beaten)
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
baking soda 1 teaspoon
salt 1 pinch
flour (all-purpose) 1.5 cup
sugar 2 tablespoon
cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Butter a loaf pan (4x8 inch).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of sugar, the beaten egg, and vanilla.
  5. Add the baking soda and salt and mix in.
  6. Lastly, add the flour and mix.
  7. Pour mixture into buttered loaf pan, and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
  9. Let the banana bread cool down in the pan, then remove it and cut into slices.
  10. Tip!Those leftover, over-ripe, and brown bananas are great for this recipe! You can even freeze them until you have enough of them to make banana bread.
