Banana bread
Ingredients

| baking soda | 1 teaspoon | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| flour (all-purpose) | 1.5 cup | |
| sugar | 2 tablespoon | |
| cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Butter a loaf pan (4x8 inch).
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
- Mix in 1 cup of sugar, the beaten egg, and vanilla.
- Add the baking soda and salt and mix in.
- Lastly, add the flour and mix.
- Pour mixture into buttered loaf pan, and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Let the banana bread cool down in the pan, then remove it and cut into slices.
