pumpkin 'Provence' au gratin
Ingredients

| nutmeg | 1 pinch | |
| cheese | 50 gram | (grated) |
| thyme | 1 tablespoon | (dried) |
| garlic | 4 clove | (finely chopped) |
| breadcrumbs | 4 tablespoon | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | (freshly ground) |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| flour | 50 gram | |
| pumpkin | 800 gram |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190C
- Mix the garlic, parsley, thyme, flour and the cheese (e.g. Greyerzer cheese) in a bowl, then add the pumpkin cubes. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Butter a deep form, add the pumpkin cubes, then cover with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake the gratin for 60 minutes.
