pumpkin 'Provence' au gratin


Ingredients

olive oil 1 dash
nutmeg 1 pinch
cheese 50 gram (grated)
thyme 1 tablespoon (dried)
garlic 4 clove (finely chopped)
breadcrumbs 4 tablespoon
pepper 1 pinch (freshly ground)
salt 1 pinch
flour 50 gram
pumpkin 800 gram

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C
  2. Mix the garlic, parsley, thyme, flour and the cheese (e.g. Greyerzer cheese) in a bowl, then add the pumpkin cubes. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Butter a deep form, add the pumpkin cubes, then cover with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle with olive oil.
  4. Bake the gratin for 60 minutes.
  5. Serving suggestionServe as side dish or starter.
