pumpkin chutney with apricots and raisins
Ingredients

| apricots | 200 gram | |
| ginger (fresh) | 1 Piece | (finely chopped) |
| raisins | 250 gram | |
| salt | 1 teaspoon | |
| pepper corn | 1 tablespoon | |
| cinnamon | 1 stick | |
| clove | 1 | |
| wine vinegar (white) | 700 ml |
Preparation
- Peel the onions and finely chop.
- Mix all ingredients in a pan, bring to boil, then leave to simmer for 60 to 90 minutes.
- When the pumpkin is soft, immediately fill into jars and seal. When the chutney cools down, the jars will form a vacuum, and yo ucan store the chutney for several months.
