fudge brownies


Ingredients

butter (unsalted) 240 gram
chocolate (dark, unsweetened) 120 gram
eggs 4
sugar 550 gram
vanilla 2 teaspoon
flour (all-purpose) 350 gram
nuts 230 gram

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 185C. Butter a baking ban.
  2. In a medium sauce pan melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat, and stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Using a wooden spoon, beat lightly just till combined. Then stir in flour and nuts.
  3. Spread the batter in prepared baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars (makes 24 brownies).
