pasta gorgonzola (au gratin)

Ingredients

short pasta (e.g. penne) 400 gram
olive oil 4 tablespoon
garlic 1 clove
leek 1
mushrooms 250 gram
pepper 1 pinch (freshly ground)
bamboo shoots 2 handful
gorgonzola 200 gram
creme fraiche 2 cup

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Prepare the pasta following the instructions on the package. Finely chop the garlic, slice the leek into small rings, and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic, add the leek en the mushrooms. Season to taste with pepper (do not use salt, as the cheese will add saltiness), and add the bamboo shoots.
  3. Mix the gorgonzola cheese with the creme fraiche. Put the pasta into a buttered form and pour the gorgonzola mix over it. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Serving suggestionAlternatively, use small oven-proof forms to bake the pasta and cheese off in portions, then serve immediately in the forms.
