apple tiramisu


Ingredients

mascarpone 250 gram
curd (creamy) 250 gram
whipping cream 250 gram
sponge finger 1 pack
apple puree 1 cup
apple juice 1 dash
calvados 1 cup
cinnamon 1 dash
sugar 1 dash

Preparation

  1. Mix the mascarpone cheese with the cream curd. In a different bowl, whip the cream, then add to the mascarpone and curd. Sweeten to taste with sugar.
  2. In a baking dish, layer sponge fingers (sugary side down) and sprinkle with the apple juice and calvados mix (3:1). Then cover with a layer of apple puree, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Then add a layer of cream.
  3. Continue the same layering until the dish is full (end with a layer of cream). Place the dish into the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Serving suggestionBefore serving, sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and sugar.
