apple tiramisu
Ingredients

| calvados | 1 cup | |
| cinnamon | 1 dash | |

Preparation
- Mix the mascarpone cheese with the cream curd. In a different bowl, whip the cream, then add to the mascarpone and curd. Sweeten to taste with sugar.
- In a baking dish, layer sponge fingers (sugary side down) and sprinkle with the apple juice and calvados mix (3:1). Then cover with a layer of apple puree, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Then add a layer of cream.
- Continue the same layering until the dish is full (end with a layer of cream). Place the dish into the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
