potatoes au gratin with goat cheese and walnuts

| nutmeg | 1 dash | (ground) |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | (ground) |
| goat cheese | 150 gram | |
| walnuts | 120 gram |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices. In a pan, boil the potatoes with the milk, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes. Stir regularly.
- Cut the goat cheese into small cubes, and finely chop the walnuts.
- In a oven-proof dish, layer the creamy potatoes, the goat cheese, and the walnuts (continue until the top of the dish, finishing with a layer of cheese).
- Bake for 20 minutes.
