courgette-tomatoe-ham (au gratin)
Ingredients

| thyme | 1 sprig | (fresh) |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | (ground) |
| parmesan cheese | 120 gram | (grated) |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Cut the courgette and tomato in slices. Fry the courgette and tomato slices on both sides in some olive oil for 5 minutes, then drain on kitchen paper.
- Cut the ham into bite-sized slices, and fry for 2 minutes.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- In a oven-proof form, layer the courgette, tomatoes, ham and mozzarella. Season every second layer with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Sprinkle the upper layer with the parmesano cheese, and bake for 20 minutes.
