Irish coffee


Ingredients

brown sugar 2 tablespoon
Irish whiskey 125 ml
strong hot coffee 1 cup
whipped cream 1 dash

Preparation

  1. Warm an Irish coffee mug, then pour the sugar into the mug.
  2. Pour the whiskey into a heat-proof (small) bowl and light. While still burning, pour the whiskey over the sugar, then add the hot coffee. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Carefully add the whipped cream (not too stiff), and serve.
  4. Tip!Do not stir again.
