Irish coffee
Ingredients
| brown sugar | 2 tablespoon | |
| Irish whiskey | 125 ml | |
| strong hot coffee | 1 cup | |
| whipped cream | 1 dash |
Preparation
- Warm an Irish coffee mug, then pour the sugar into the mug.
- Pour the whiskey into a heat-proof (small) bowl and light. While still burning, pour the whiskey over the sugar, then add the hot coffee. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Carefully add the whipped cream (not too stiff), and serve.
