salad with gorgonzola and walnuts
Ingredients

| olive oil (extra vergine) | 3 tablespoon | |
| mustard | 2 teaspoon | |
| aceto balsamico bianco | 1 tablespoon | |
| gorgonzola | 50 gram | |

Preparation
- Wash and dry the salad, then rip the leaves into smaller pieces. Cut the gorgonzola cheese in small parts.
- Mix the aceto balsamico and the mustard, season to your taste with pepper and salt. Stir the olive oil (spoonful by spoonful) through the mix.
- First mix the salad and the dressing, then add the gorgonzola cheese and the walnuts.
