salad with gorgonzola and walnuts

Ingredients

walnuts 25 gram
olive oil (extra vergine) 3 tablespoon
mustard 2 teaspoon
aceto balsamico bianco 1 tablespoon
gorgonzola 50 gram
cos lettuce (small) 1
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch (freshly ground)

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the salad, then rip the leaves into smaller pieces. Cut the gorgonzola cheese in small parts.
  2. Mix the aceto balsamico and the mustard, season to your taste with pepper and salt. Stir the olive oil (spoonful by spoonful) through the mix.
  3. First mix the salad and the dressing, then add the gorgonzola cheese and the walnuts.
