Preparation
- Peel and chop the onion, crush the garlic glove. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and finely chop the pulp. Break the chocolate into pieces.
- Roast the almonds with the sesame seeds in a pan without oil until light golden, then remove from the pan.
- Season the drumsticks with cinnamon, coriander, and clove. Fry the drumsticks on each side until golden.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red chili, and fry for 3 minutes. Add the almonds and sesame seeds, tomato sauce, and chocolate, and stir until the chocolate has melted.
- Leave to simmer for 25 minutes
