self-made pasta


Ingredients

flour (wheat) 500 gram
eggs 5
olive oil 1 tablespoon
salt 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to a tough dough. It is important to knead the dough at least for 15 minutes, folding and kneading.
  2. With a rolling pin, thinly roll out the dough (it shouldn't be sticky anymore!).
  3. With a roller or a knife, cut thin stripes. Immediately boil in water for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Tip!Alternatively, you can dry the pasta overnight on a wooden stick (approx. 1cm thick).
