Ingredients

| chives | 2 bunch | (chopped) |
| beer (dark) | 5 tablespoon | |
| paprika powder (sweet) | 2 teaspoon | |
| paprika powder (hot) | 2 teaspoon | |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| radish | 1 bunch |
Preparation
- Crush the caraway with the back of a spoon, then mix with the soft butter.
- In a different bowl, crush and mix the Camembert and the cream cheese using a fork. Carefully add the shallots and chives.
- Season to taste with beer, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Then add the caraway-butter mix, and stir until the mass is smooth.
- Cut the radish into thin slices, and spread over 4 plates or glasses. Add the cheese mix, then decorate with chives.
