stir-fried prawns
Ingredients

Preparation
- Finely chop the ginger and garlic, remove the seeds from the red peppers and cut into thin slices. Cut the courgette into thin slices as well.
- Heat the peanut oil in the wok and fry the king prawns for 2 minutes.
- Add the ginger, garlic, red pepper, and courgette and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the rice wine (saki) and leave to simmer for 1 minute. Then add the sesame oil and soy sauce, and leave to simmer for another minute.
