marsala chicken with carrots
Ingredients

| marsala wine | 3 cup | |
| mushrooms | 8 | |
| onions | 2 | (chopped) |
| garlic | 4 clove | (chopped) |
| rosemary | 4 sprig | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | |
| olive oil | 1 sprinkle |
Preparation
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, and chop the onions and garlic. Fry them in a pan until soft, then add the marsala wine. Leave to simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Meanwhile, in a different pan, fry the baby carrots until soft. Add the chicken and fry until ready.
