marsala chicken with carrots


Ingredients

chicken 4 fillet
baby carrots 16
marsala wine 3 cup
mushrooms 8
onions 2 (chopped)
garlic 4 clove (chopped)
rosemary 4 sprig
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
olive oil 1 sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, and chop the onions and garlic. Fry them in a pan until soft, then add the marsala wine. Leave to simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  2. Meanwhile, in a different pan, fry the baby carrots until soft. Add the chicken and fry until ready.
  3. Serving suggestionArrange the baby carrots and chicken in 4 plates, cover the chicken fillet in the marsala-vegetables, and decorate with rosemary.
