Bavarian baloney salad


Ingredients

gherkin 1
spring onions 5
radish 1 bunch
baloney 400 gram
apple vinegar 6 tablespoon
dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
sweet mustard 1 tablespoon
salt 1 dash
pepper 1 dash
olive oil 6 tub

Preparation

  1. Cut the gherkin into small cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut them into rings. Wash the radish, cut off the leaves, then cut into quarters.
  2. Mix the gherkin, spring onions and radish with the (pre-cut) baloney (lunch meat).
  3. Mix the vinegar with the dijon and sweet mustard, season to taste with salt and pepper, then carefully add the olive oil. Pour the dressing over the salad and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
  4. Serving suggestionServe with (dark) bread.
