guacamole


Ingredients

avocado 1
creme fraiche 2 tablespoon
tomato 1
garlic 1 clove
coriander 5 sprig
spring onion 1
salt 1 dash
pepper 1 dash
lemon juice 1 sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Peel and halve the avocado, and remove the stone. With a fork, mash the avocado pulp with some lemon juice.
  2. Mix the avocado mash with the creme fraiche.
  3. Cut the tomato in quarters, remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into small cubes. Crush the garlic clove. Chop the coriander leaves and the spring onion very finely.
  4. Carefully mix the avocado cream with the tomato, garlic, spring onion, and coriander.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes for the taste to develop.
  6. Serving suggestionServe with nacho chips or as a side dish with a Mexican meal (tacos, fajitas, tortillas etc.).
