tomato soup
Ingredients

| vegetable stock | 500 ml | |

| aceto balsamico bianco | 2 tablespoon | |
| milk | 250 ml |
Preparation
- Cut the spring onions into rings, and crush the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Fry the spring onions and the garlic until soft. Add the tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Add the stock, then season to taste with pepper and the aceto balsamico vinegar.
- Leave to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and puree.
- Warm the milk and whisk until frothy.
