warm winter toast
Ingredients
| olive oil | 2 tablespoon | |
| mushrooms | 200 gram | |
| thyme | 1 pinch | |
| salt | 1 dash | |

| bread | 4 slice | |
| mustard | 1 tablespoon | |
| ham | 4 slice | |
| cheese (gouda) | 4 slice |
Preparation
- Preheat the grill in the oven (highest mark).
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry the mushrooms in the oil (stirring constantly) until soft. Season to taste with salt, peer, and thyme. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Meanwhile, lightly roast the slices of bread (on both sides) under the grill.
- Butter each slice of bread with the mustard, then layer with a slice of bacon. Place them in an oven-proof dish, distribute the mushrooms over the 4 slices of bread, then cover each slice with a slice of cheese.
- Place under the grill and leave to bake for 3 minutes, until the cheese melted.
