Preparation
- Bring the red wine with laurel leaf and suger to boil and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the laurel leaf, then add the dijon mustard, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the honeydew lemon into slices, and the figs into quarters. Cut the ciabatta bread into slices, layer with 2 parts of honeydew melon, 1 slice of parma ham, and a quarter of a fig. Pour the red wine sauce over the sandwiches.
