Herb tortilla de pappas
Ingredients

| parsley | 2 tablespoon | (finely chopped) |
| olive oil | 3 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into thick slices, then cut the slices into strips, and the strips into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Whisk the eggs with the milk, creme fraiche, pepper, salt, and parsley.
