mango sauce


Ingredients

mango 1
bell pepper (red) 1
ginger 2 tablespoon
coriander 1 tablespoon
lime 1
salt 1 dash
pepper 1 dash
olive oil (extra vergine) 5 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Peel the mango and remove the seed. Remove the seeds from the red pepper. Rasp the ginger, finely chop the coriander, and squeeze the lime (keep the juice).
  2. Mix all ingredients, then puree and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
