watermelon and feta cheese salad
Ingredients

| watermelons | 1500 gram | |

| basil | 1 bunch | |
| olive oil | 7 tablespoon | |
| lemon juice | 2 tablespoon | |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| pepper | 1 dash | |
| feta cheese | 100 gram |
Preparation
- Wash the frisee head and leave to drip dry.
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until golden broun.
- Cut the watermelon into smaller parts, remove the seeds, then cut the pulp in cubes.
- Cut the olives (without stone) into parts.
- Divide the frisee lettuce with the melon and olive parts over 4 plates.
- Wash and chop the basil. Puree the basil with the olive oil and the lemon juice. Season to taste with pepper and salt, then pour this dressing over the salad.
