crunchy banana toffee
Ingredients

| sunflower oil | 3 tablespoon | |
| honey | 2 tablespoon | |
| cinnamon | 1 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Spread 2 parts of the (ready-made) puff pastry on a chopping board, brush them with oil, and place the other two parts on top. Brush the upper part with (liquid) honey.
- Cut each double puff pastry part into 6 squares (making 2 squares). Cut each banana into 6 parts, and place these on the puff pastry squares. Sprinkle the banana parts with cinamon.
- Roll the pastry around each banana part, securing the ends as a candy roll. Lightly brush with oil, place the parcels on a baking plate and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until crunchy and golden brown.
