beef skewer with spring onion

Preparation
- Cut the beef into cubes of 3 to 4 centimeters.
- Mix the aceto balsamico vinegar, paprika powder, pepper, and olive oil to a marinade. Cover the meat with the marinade and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare and heat the grill or bbq.
- Peel the spring onions and cut into quarters. Peel the red onion and cut into 8 parts.
- On a skewer, alternate a cube of beef with the quarters of spring onion and brush with olive oil.
- Place the skewers on the grill and bake for 4 to 6 minutes, turning them around regularly. Place the red onion parts on the grill and bake until soft.
