beef skewer with spring onion

Ingredients

beef 250 gram
aceto balsamico 1 tablespoon
spring onions 2
onion (red) 1
paprika powder (sweet) 2 tablespoon
pepper 1 dash
olive oil 3 tablespoon
sea salt 1 dash

Preparation

  1. Cut the beef into cubes of 3 to 4 centimeters.
  2. Mix the aceto balsamico vinegar, paprika powder, pepper, and olive oil to a marinade. Cover the meat with the marinade and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare and heat the grill or bbq.
  4. Peel the spring onions and cut into quarters. Peel the red onion and cut into 8 parts.
  5. On a skewer, alternate a cube of beef with the quarters of spring onion and brush with olive oil.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and bake for 4 to 6 minutes, turning them around regularly. Place the red onion parts on the grill and bake until soft.
  7. Serving suggestionSprinkle the skewers with sea salt and pepper, then distribute together with the red onion on two plates.
    Tip!Serve with couscous with tomatoes and parsley.
